Support BeLifted Now: Empowering Women, Girls and Families
BeLifted Now is a charity supporting women, girls and families across Barnet, Brent and Camden. We offer free, practical help where it's needed most: a debt and welfare advice surgery providing personalised financial support, well-being groups for mothers and daughters promoting health and resilience, a running group helping women build fitness and community, kids' fitness classes instilling healthy habits early, and a book club fostering a love of reading in children. We believe that with the right support, every woman and every family can move forward with confidence. Your donation helps us keep offering these programmes free of charge to the people who need them most.
BeLifted Now welcomes volunteers to help run well-being groups, support the running club, assist with kids' fitness sessions, or help out at the book club. If Ben's story has moved you and you'd like to give your time rather than money, please get in touch with BeLifted Now directly.
