Supporting women develop employability skills
The charity seeks to raise the aspirations of ethnically diverse women by using mentoring and coaching interventions to increase their employability. Focusing on women specifically the groups we target are traditionally underrepresented within the labour market. We identify these groups as black, Asian & ethnic minority women and others from low socio-economic backgrounds.
Volunteers needed to support with fundraising; organising events and social media content writing.
