Setting up a fundraiser on Help2Fund takes about five minutes. This is the full walkthrough: the four steps, what to write at each one, and what happens after you hit submit.

Before you start
Help2Fund is built for UK registered charities. It is completely free: no platform fee, no subscription, no setup cost. The only charge that ever touches a donation is Stripe's standard card processing fee, roughly 2.1% plus 20p, which goes to Stripe rather than to us.
The four steps
1. Visit help2fund.org.
2. Go to the Start Fundraising page.
3. Fill in your details. You will need a fundraiser name, a description of what you are raising money for, and a fundraising target. A tip on each: keep the name plain and recognisable, write the description the way you would explain it to a supporter face to face, and pick a target that is honest rather than hopeful. Specific, concrete asks consistently raise more than vague ones.
4. Click submit. Every fundraiser is reviewed by the Help2Fund team before it goes live. That review is there to protect donors and to protect you, because a platform where everything is checked is a platform people trust with their card details.
After you are approved
Your donation page is live and ready to share. This is also where we start doing our bit: partner charities get featured on our Instagram and on this blog, so your page is promoted rather than just published. Donations then flow directly to you through Stripe. We never hold your money.
If you get stuck at any point, get in touch through help2fund.org and we will sort it out together.
